About Brema
Brema has made ice machines in Italy since 1985, from Villa Cortese near Milan. It holds more than 20 patents and sells in more than 120 countries. Since July 2022 Brema Group has been part of Hoshizaki Corporation, the Japanese foodservice-equipment maker.
Excell's range starts with self-contained cube ice makers from 29 to 134 kg a day, each with its own bin, for bars and restaurants. Modular machines make 140 to 400 kg a day into a separate bin, among them a 300 kg Gourmet-ice model. A 153 kg flaker and a 500 kg stainless-steel storage bin complete it.
Worth knowing
Cube or Fast Ice
Self-contained cubers make compact, clear cubes. The modular machines make Fast Ice, a faceted 7 g cube that chills drinks quickly.
Flake for display
Brema's flake ice is granular, quick to chill and easy to dose, made for displaying and presenting food.
Certified for food contact
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified. Brema says it was the first ice-machine maker to earn ICIM's MOCA food-contact certificate, in 2017.
Stainless modular machines
The VM modular ice makers are finished in 18/8 stainless steel and sit on a matching storage bin.
