Standard warranty: 1 year (parts & labour)
Every product we sell carries a standard 12-month parts and labour warranty. Selected items carry longer warranties — these are noted on the individual product pages.
How repairs work
- Large equipment — repairs are carried out at your premises by our technicians or one of our authorised partners.
- Smaller items — treated as carry-in. Drop them at either of our stores or at a service centre near you. We service nationally through a partner network.
Out-of-warranty repairs
We offer competitive quotes on out-of-warranty repairs. You'll receive a written quote with line-item explanation of the work proposed before any repair starts. No surprises.
