About Crystal
Crystal is a label sold through South African catering dealers. Excell lists one Crystal machine: the Delux electric ice crusher, a 230 V bench unit on an adjustable-height steel and aluminium stand. It crushes about 10 kg of ice an hour into a bowl placed beneath it, quietly and quickly through peak service. The bowl is sold separately.
