About Fimar
Fimar was founded in 1979 by Oriano Tamburini, and its first machine was a meat mincer. It now makes food preparation, cooking and snack-bar equipment at Villa Verucchio, near Rimini in Italy, and sells it through dealers in 105 countries.
Excell's Fimar range is the vegetable cutter and the discs that decide what it cuts: 2, 3 and 10 mm slicing and a 5 mm serrated slice, 3, 4 and 7 mm grating, 6 and 8 mm julienne, a 10 mm chipper and 10 mm cubing, with an ejector plate. The cutter is sold without discs, so a kitchen buys only the cuts it needs.
