About Matco
Matco pizza pans are sold through South African catering dealers. Excell carries its round aluminium pans in two styles: solid pans of 200, 250 and 300 mm, and perforated pans of 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm.
The two styles bake differently. Holes in the perforated pans let air and heat reach the base directly, for a crisper crust and shorter baking times. Solid pans pass heat through more slowly, for a softer base.
