About Numatic
Numatic was founded in 1969 in Crewkerne, Somerset. Its first machine was a commercial vacuum for cleaning boilers, built from oil drums and furniture castors. Since 1990 it has been based in Chard, Somerset, where it designs and makes its machines. It set up a South African subsidiary in 1995.
Excell's Numatic range covers everyday cleaning kit: a compact 6.1 kg tub vacuum with Numatic's NST sound reduction and AutoSave energy saving, a 30-litre mop bucket with wringer, and a dual-compartment mopping unit that keeps 18 litres of clean water apart from 12 litres of dirty water.
