About Pavoni
Pavoni Italia is based in Suisio, near Bergamo in northern Italy. It started out making plastic containers for bakeries and pastry shops. Its Food Equipment division now lists more than 7,000 products for pastry, chocolate, gelato and catering, many developed with professional pastry chefs.
Excell's Pavoni range is for the pastry bench: silicone moulds for muffins, gugelhupf and round and rectangular cakes, including Formaflex six-portion moulds; reusable piping bags from 400 to 500 mm with polycarbonate nozzle sets; plastic dough scrapers; and Greenmatic salad dryers. Colour-coded PE cutting boards, silicone oven mitts and a bar spoon round it out.

Platinum silicone
Pavoni moulds are 100% platinum silicone, food-safe and dishwasher-safe, rated from −40 °C to +250 °C.
Gastronorm-sized
Formaflex trays measure 175 x 300 mm: a third of a gastronorm, or a quarter of a 600 x 400 tray.
Greenmatic dryers
Stainless and aluminium parts and wear-proof gears. Water collects in the base, and the 25-litre model has a drain tube.
