About Piron
Piron makes professional ovens at Cadoneghe, near Padua in Italy, and its catalogue dates the company to 2006. The brand is now presented by Pi.Dom, from the same Cadoneghe address, which calls Piron a symbol of Italian craftsmanship and says its ovens are made in Italy.
Excell's Piron range is the Magellano Plus manual combi steam oven in 6, 10 and 20 pan sizes, with an optional integrated hand shower, extraction hoods, stainless stands and a roll-in trolley. Excell also carries hoods and stands for Piron's Colombo and Marco Polo ovens.
