About Butcherquip
Butcherquip has made butchery equipment in South Africa since 1993. It is built in a 14,000 m² factory west of Johannesburg by Scientific Engineering, a manufacturer founded in 1966, and is exported to more than 30 countries.
The range is made for South African butcheries and meat processors: biltong slicers and drying cabinets from the 245-litre Junior to 1,250 litres, band saws, meat agers, cooker cabinets, tenderisers and patty formers.
