About Cater-Ace
Cater-Ace is a kitchen smallwares range sold through South African catering dealers. It covers the hand tools a commercial kitchen wears out fastest: chef's and boning knives, tongs, whisks, ladles, mixing bowls, measuring jugs, baking tins, squeeze bottles, fry cutters and bar tools.
Many items come colour-coded, so raw meat, fish, vegetables and cooked food each have their own knives, boards and tongs.
