About Efay
Efay is a Taiwanese brand of melamine buffet and display ware for hotels, restaurants and caterers. The company spent more than 30 years as a contract manufacturer before launching the Efay brand in 2006, and it is based in New Taipei City.
The range builds a buffet in layers: bowls and platters, boards, gastronorm-size melamine and silicone inserts, and risers and display stands that lift food to the eye. It is lighter than ceramic and holds up to a busy breakfast service.
