About Fortis
Fortis is a South African hotelware brand: crockery, cutlery and buffetware for hotels, restaurants, lodges and caterers. Its crockery is fully vitrified, so it stands up to commercial dishwashers and busy service.
Ranges run from plain white Prima for everyday service to the textured black Tempest and the Fynbos range, which takes its colours from the Cape. The cutlery comes in classic patterns such as Capri, English and Traditional, and the buffet stands and risers let a buffet be built in tiers.

Prima is strengthened with alumina, with chip-resistant rims. Stackable, and safe in the microwave and dishwasher.
