Phoenix Kamado
Ceramic kamado grills in three sizes, for grilling, smoking, roasting and baking.
About Phoenix Kamado
Phoenix Kamado grills are sold through South African catering dealers. A kamado is a charcoal cooker with thick ceramic walls that hold heat, so one unit can grill, smoke, roast and bake, from long, low smoking to high-heat searing.
Excell carries three sizes, each in black or red: the 16-inch Mini tabletop grill for patios and balconies, the 23-inch Large for regular entertaining, and the 27-inch Jumbo, sized for serious outdoor cooks and small restaurants.

Top and bottom vents
Adjustable vents above and below control the airflow, and with it the cooking temperature.

Each grill is matched with a pizza stone: 280 mm for the Mini, 380 mm for the Large, 420 mm for the Jumbo.
