Its 580 mm cooking grid sits inside a 620 mm interior chamber, with thick ceramic walls that retain heat extraordinarily well for true low-and-slow smoking, hot grilling, rotisserie roasting and 420 mm pizza-stone baking. A heavy-duty cast iron cooking grate handles searing temperatures, and the adjustable top and bottom vents give precise airflow and temperature control.
