About Salvadore
Salvadore is a range of commercial refrigeration and food display equipment sold through South African catering dealers. It covers what sits in front of the customer, like refrigerated and heated deli displays, grab-and-go merchandisers and cake fridges, and what sits behind the counter, like back-bar coolers, underbar and pizza-prep fridges, kitchen refrigerators and a blast chiller.
The display units come floor-standing or countersunk into a counter, in named models such as Cappi and Azzuro (chilled) and Adone and Alessia (heated).

Holds in the heat
The Cappi display fridge holds +2 °C to +8 °C at a 32 °C room temperature, with a Grade 304 stainless interior.
Clear glass
Double-glazed, heated tempered glass keeps condensation off, with LED-lit shelves and automatic defrost.
Chill it fast
The 5-pan blast chiller runs from -40 °C to 10 °C, for cook-chill kitchens.
