Flake
AF / MF series
Soft, sub-cooled ice that moulds to whatever it's packed around. The medical, lab, fish-display and bakery default.
Gourmet (nugget)
EC / MXG / MC series
Slow-melt, chewable cubes for beverage service. The premium choice for hotels, cocktail bars and fine dining.
Dice
NW series
Classic crystal-clear hard cubes. The hospitality workhorse for high-volume bars and quick-serve.
Cuber
DXN / HD series
Compact and modular full-cube production for kitchens that need ice fast without the footprint of an NW machine.

Every Scotsman machine carries a 12-month warranty from date of installation on parts and workmanship. Service the unit during the first year and Scotsman extends the cover by another 12 months. After-sales is handled by Excell's in-house technical workshop — nationwide spares dispatch from Kimberley.

About Scotsman
Scotsman makes only ice machines, and has since the 1950s. Its European business is Scotsman Ice in Milan, part of the Ali Group, with factories in the USA, Italy and China and machines sold in more than 100 countries.
Excell stocks the machines for the ice a venue serves: Gourmet supercubes for bars and hotels (EC range), Dice cubers (NW range), flakers for fish displays and cold food (MF range), plus storage bins and the HD 22 dispensing bin.
