About Summit
Summit is a range of drinks and dessert machines sold through South African catering dealers. It covers shakes, slushies, soft serve and blended drinks for café, take-away and kiosk counters.
Excell's range covers single-head milkshake mixers in four colours, 1.5-litre bar blenders (one with a sound shield), slush machines and juice dispensers with two or three bowls, GT1 and GT2 soft-ice and frozen-yoghurt machines, table-top and floor-standing soft-serve machines, 4 and 25-litre seamless-bowl food blenders and a multi-juicer.

Stainless inside
The soft-serve machines use food-grade SUS304 stainless steel for the hopper and freezing system, behind a SUS410 stainless exterior panel.
Bowl by bowl
Each bowl on the slush machines and juice dispensers has its own temperature control, with paddles that stop foaming and settling.
Cup included
Milkshake mixers come with an 800 ml stainless-steel mixing cup, in black, matt black, red or silver.
HACCP certified
The GT1 and GT2 soft-ice machines are HACCP certified, with a lockable lid and automatic defrost.
