About Anvil
Anvil has made commercial catering equipment in South Africa since 1966. Its factory in Roodepoort, west of Johannesburg, builds much of the range with fibre laser cutters, multi-axis press brakes and robotic welding. The rest is sourced from Asia and checked by Anvil's own quality engineers in Guangzhou.
The range covers the hot side of a kitchen: convection ovens, fryers, grillers, salamanders, toasters, bain-maries, warmers and hot food display. Most machines come in electric and gas versions, sized for take-aways, restaurants, canteens and caterers.
