The SmartChef YXD-25D is a 25-litre commercial electric pressure fryer engineered for high-volume fried-chicken operations. An electronic control panel offers ten preset cooking programmes and precise temperature control from 60-200C, while the 12 psi operating pressure locks moisture into the food and dramatically reduces cook times versus an open fryer. A built-in oil filtration system extends oil life and saves running cost, and the included 250 x 340 x 195 mm basket holds approximately 24-36 chicken pieces per batch.
