The SmartChef HEP-1ST Eco Pizza Oven is a single-deck countertop pizza oven for cafes, restaurants and ghost kitchens that need pizzeria-level output without the cost of a full deck oven. A 400 x 400 x 155 mm chamber sized for a 30 cm pizza is heated by independently controlled top and bottom elements, with a ceramic stone base for a crisp crust and internal lighting so operators can monitor the bake. Temperature range 50-350C, 2 kW on 240V single-phase, 18 kg unit weight, compact 560 x 570 x 280 mm footprint.
