The SmartChef HEP-2ST Eco Double-Deck Pizza Oven brings pizzeria-quality output into a compact 560 x 570 x 440 mm countertop unit. Each deck features a 400 x 400 x 155 mm chamber with a ceramic pizza stone base that pulls moisture from the dough for a crisp crust, and individually controlled top and bottom heating elements so each deck can be tuned to a different recipe. Internal chamber lighting lets operators monitor the bake without opening the door. Temperature range 50-350C, 3 kW on 240V single-phase, 27 kg total weight.
